Scheduled report templates

Unless stated otherwise, scheduled report templates pertaining to Products include only Approved product requests.
Managed Products Cost Overview (scheduled report)
The total cost of each product owned by the recipient, on a per-product basis.
The grand total cost of all products owned by the recipient.
These totals include all users in the organization, not only the recipient's managed users.
Managed Products With Users (scheduled report)
All assignments of products owned by the recipient. Each line of the report contains a unique product-to-user relationship.
This report includes all users in the organization, not only the recipient's managed users.
Managed Users (scheduled report)
The recipient's managed users.
Managed Users Cost Overview (scheduled report)
The total product costs of each user managed by the recipient, on a per-user basis.
The grand total product costs of all the recipient's managed users.
This report includes all products in the organization which are assigned to the recipient's managed users (not only products owned by the recipient).
Managed Users Product Cost Overview (scheduled report)
The total cost of the products assigned to the recipient's managed users, on a per-product basis.
This report includes all products in the organization (not only products owned by the recipient).
Managed Users With Products (scheduled report)
The recipient's managed users, and the products assigned to those users. Each line of the report represents a unique user-and-product combination.
When the product will expire for that user.
This report includes all products in the organization (not only products owned by the recipient).
Failed Logins (scheduled report)
Failed logins to your HelloID portal since the report was last run. For example, if the report is scheduled to run every 24 hours, it includes failed logins during the previous 24 hours. If it is scheduled to run every hour, it includes failed logins during only the previous hour.
A failed login occurs when a user enters a wrong password.
Application Usage (scheduled report)
The number of times each application was launched by users in Applications for users, and by how many unique users, since the report was last run. For example, if the report is scheduled to run every 24 hours, it includes application usage during the previous 24 hours. If it is scheduled to run every hour, it includes application usage during only the previous hour.
Most Active Users (scheduled report)
The 100 most active users in your HelloID portal, by number of logins, since the report was last run. For example, if the report is scheduled to run every 24 hours, it includes user logins during the previous 24 hours. If it is scheduled to run every hour, it includes user logins during only the previous hour.
The second number (after the /) indicates how many of the user's logins used multi-factor authentication.
Managed Products Recently Approved (scheduled report)
Approved product requests for products owned by the recipient, since the report was last run. For example, if the report is scheduled to run every 24 hours, it includes product requests approved during the previous 24 hours. If it is scheduled to run every hour, it includes product requests approved during only the previous hour.
