  • Audit logs: Long-term records about activity in your HelloID portal.

  • Scheduled reports: Email summary reports which can be sent regularly to HelloID administrators, user Managers and/or Product owners.

    This feature is deprecated. It is no longer possible to create new scheduled reports. Please use Audit logs instead.

  • Incidents: High-priority errors and events in HelloID which need your attention.
