Recertification settings
The following recertification settings apply to all recertification campaigns:

To be able to change these settings you need the HelloID Recertification Management - Manage recertification settings right.
Fallback approval workflow group
Members of the fallback approval workflow group will be prompted to review recertification requests for products when the Specify approvers setting is disabled in a product's approval workflow.
This recertification setting applies to all Recertification campaigns.

To be able to change these settings you need the HelloID Recertification Management - Manage recertification settings right.
Go to Recertification > Settings.
On the Approval Workflow tab, select a fallback approval workflow group.
Note
Approvers must have the HelloID Recertification - Recertify right and be member of the configured recertifcation campaign access group in order to view recertification requests.
Click Save.
The settings are applied when you Start a new campaign iteration.
Notifications about recertification requests
The first approver in an approval workflow can receive notifications and reminders about recertification requests by email. The email provides a direct link to the Recertification requests end-user page.

Notification settings apply to all recertification campaigns.

To be able to change these settings you need the HelloID Recertification Management - Manage recertification settings right.
Go to Recertification > Settings.
Go to the Notifications tab.
Enable Send open requests email upon new iteration if approvers should be notified of recertification requests that are waiting for their approval, any time a new campaign iteration is started.
Enable Send reminder requests email if approvers should be reminded of recertification requests that are still waiting for their approval.
When enabled, select the day and frequency at which reminders should be sent.
Click Save.
The settings are applied when you Start a new campaign iteration.
