Recertification settings

Recertification settings apply to all recertification campaigns. For more information see Recertification.

Note

To be able to change these settings you need the HelloID Recertification Management - Manage recertification settings right.

  1. Go to Recertification > Settings.

  2. On the Approval Workflow tab, select a fallback approval workflow group. Members of this group will be prompted to review recertification requests for products when the Specify approvers setting is disabled in the current approval workflow.

    Note

    Approvers must have the HelloID Recertification - Recertify right and be member of the configured recertifcation campaign access group in order to view recertification requests.

  3. On the Notifications tab, select whether approvers - i.e. the first approver in the approval workflow - should be notified of recertification requests that are waiting for their approval, any time a new campaign iteration is started.

    The email provides a direct link to the Recertification requests end-user page.

  4. Click Save.

The settings are applied when you Start a new campaign iteration.
