Reconciliation report overview
A reconciliation report lists any issues found when comparing the state of entitlements in HelloID against imported account and permission data from connected target systems.
Reconciliation reports can be scheduled monthly and generated manually. See Create a reconciliation report.
System snapshots
The System Snapshots section displays the Active Directory systems from which entitlements have been imported. (See: Add a system.)
Per system, indicators show:
The total number of imported accounts
The total number of imported accounts that are enabled
The total number of imported accounts that are disabled

Issues
The report lists any found reconciliation issues, ordered by person & account name.
Per issue, the report displays the following:
System: Name of the target system; see Add, edit, or remove a system
Person: The person in HelloID that is associated with the account in the target system
Account: The account found in the target system
Permission: A permission found in the target system (if this is a permission issue)
Issue: The issue description; see Issues
Resolved: Indicates whether an action has been selected to resolve the issue
Show issue resolution: A button to view issue details, including Actions that can be taken to resolve the issue
