Shows recent Approved Product requests by responder.
Dynamic forms (audit log reports)
Dynamic Forms - Submissions (audit log report)
Shows recent submissions of Dynamic forms.
Dynamic Forms - Configuration Changes (audit log report)
Shows recent edits made to Dynamic forms in your HelloID portal.
Note that only the metadata is logged (e.g., who made the edit and when), not the actual content of the edits.

Shows recent submissions of Delegated forms.
This report does not include hidden values. For example, it does not show values submitted in Password Input form elements or any elements whose Summary Visibility attribute is set to Hide Value.
