Resolve blocked persons

Choose one of the following strategies:
Add the missing data to personnel records in the external source system, and then Run a manual import, or;
Map person/contract fields and change the field's mapping so that it no longer produces an empty value, and then Manually generate a snapshot, or;
Alternatively, disable the Require This Field toggle for the field's mapping, so that an empty value no longer causes a block, and then Manually generate a snapshot.
If successful, blocked persons are unblocked, cleared from the Blocked Persons tab, and added to the current set of Persons.
