Rule mining

Rule mining helps create the smallest and most efficient set of Business rules by identifying common characteristics shared by Persons who have the same entitlement(s) in Target systems.
To find common characteristics, HelloID imports entitlements from target systems, correlates accounts to persons, and compares all persons with an active contract, based on their current entitlements and a selection of source data fields. The conditions that are most effective for use in business rules are listed in a Rule mining report.
Rule mining is especially useful for target systems being added to HelloID.
To get started, Set up rule mining. Then Create a rule mining report.
Note
With Service Automation entitlements can be made available as self-service products instead of being managed via business rules.
