Custom campaigns
Warning
Recertification requires a Governance module license.
In addition to System campaigns, of which the settings and scope cannot be modified, you can create one or more custom recertification campaigns to review specific assigned self-service products. Each custom recertification campaign has its own settings and scope of assigned products.
Create a custom recertification campaign
Note
The HelloID Recertification Management - Manage campaigns right is required to create a new custom recertification campaign.
Go to Recertification > Campaigns.
Click Create campaign to create a new custom campaign.
Enter a Name (required) and Description (optional) and click Next.
Configure the campaign scope by selecting one or more values for the available filters and click Next.

Reload preview
A button to start a new scope preview calculation based on the current filters. Any unsaved filter adjustments will be included in the new preview scope calculation but must be saved manually if desired.

Grid overview displaying the results of the latest scope preview calculation. It includes search functionality for products or users, along with various filter options.
All campaigns generate insights. On the Rules tab, select the Manual approval option if the campaign should also trigger recertification requests, or the No approval option if it should not. Then click Next.
Note
Recertification requests follow the currently configured approval workflow. If the setting 'Specify approvers' is disabled for the current approval workflow, the recertification request must be reviewed by a member of the fallback group. This group can be set in the Recertification settings.
Note
Approvers must have the HelloID Recertification - Recertify right and be member of the configured recertifcation campaign access group in order to view recertification requests.
In the Access Groups field, enter the names of the groups that should have access to this recertification campaign's insights.
For this example, we'll add the
Security Officers
group.Click Save.

Check the Recertification settings before you Start a new campaign iteration.
